Architect Austris Mailītis was interviewed about the creation of the “The Opera of the Trees” in Finland’s untouched forests — discussing the design and construction methods, material sustainability and the role of nature in daily life. Inspired by these themes, the interview was published as a booklet made without sewing, glue or binding. It’s “constructed” from two A3 sheets, folded into a small book — text on one side, visuals on the other, revealed when unfolded.
